Hotels: Accommodations are on "run-of-the-house" basis. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of the same or similar category. Holiday supplements may apply in some cases. Please note that some hotels, although advertised as "air-conditioned," are actually "aircooled." Standard check in is 2PM. Standard check out time is 12Noon. Triple room and children's rates available upon request. Meals: All meals as indicated on each itinerary. Lunches or dinners when included at hotels are table d' hote or buffet and limited to specific dining rooms at hotels. Beverages are not included with meals. Tour Programs: Our tours are "guaranteed" with 4 passengers . While many passengers consider this a definite advantage, there are others who do prefer to travel in larger groups. Tours that combine several destinations may have a different number of participants in each. Cancellation Penalties Prior to Departure: Per Person, 30 – 21days = 15%, 21- 15 days = 50%, 15 days or less and no show = 100%. Visa/Passports: Each passenger must be in possession of a valid passport, for 6 months from your return date. Passengers must check visa requirements for the countries they plan to visit directly with the consulates of those countries and obtain necessary visas prior to departure from their country. Blau Mari Travel Services Spain is not responsible for any delays, damages, losses, missed portions of tours or other missed services incurred by passengers who fail to obtain necessary travel documents. Responsibility: Blau Mari Travel Services Spain does not own, manage, control, promote, run or operate any transportation or recreational vehicle, motel, hotel, restaurant, or any supplier of services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are offered subject to the General Information under which such services are offered or provided. Blau Mari Travel Services Spain, and its representatives assume no liability in arranging transportation, hotel and other accommodations and are not responsible for any personal injury, illness or property damage or other loss or expense of any nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of any actions of any person or supplier of services providing any of the services, programs or accommodations offered in connection with a tour. Further, by participating in an Blau Mari Travel Services Spain, tour, you are bound by our rules and you participate in the activities of the tour at your own risk. Blau Mari Travel Services Spain, assumes no responsibility at all and no liability at all for any death, injury, illness, quarantine, sickness, diseases, natural disaster, damage, loss, delay, accident, expense, defect or any other abnormality which may result from your participation in any activity during the tour. The aforesaid Blau Mari Travel Services Spain, and/or their agents can accept no responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due, as well, to delays or changes in schedules or departures, hotel overbooking, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantines, riots or insurrections or criminal acts committed by third parties, defaults, political disorders of any type, or other such similar causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger. Special Notice: Delays, cancellations and overbooking may occur on land reservations by the participating carriers and hotel. While Blau Mari Travel Services Spain will do everything possible to avoid these inconveniences, it cannot and will not assume responsibility for the respective carriers and hotels. Blau Mari Travel Services Spain shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Blau Mari Travel Services Spain shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations. Cancellation: Blau Mari Travel Services Spain reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum of persons required (4 persons) has not been reached. Clients will be informed about an eventual cancellation minimum 45 days before the start of the tour.
